Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
